our manifesto
To be an active local business in an authentic Nantes neighborhood.
To propose a joyful "village square" for our neighbors, and all the people of Nantes.
To propose a laboratory of eco-responsible and artisanal initiatives.
This is what motivated us to conceive and design Le Lieu Dit. Modestly, we believe that the hotelier has the role of demonstrator, of promoter of new uses. A commitment we described at the time in a manifesto.
the toqué brothers
Family name: Toqué.
Relationship: brothers.
Special feature: finger paints.
Activity: street beautifiers.
The brothers draw their brushes faster than their shadows to give the city's dull walls a sunny complexion. To do this, they give life to seascapes and messages with dancing shapes. Their favourite supports? Any surface washed up at their feet by the waves: decrepit walls, abandoned boards, iron curtains, Relay terminals...
